Shipping Policy

SHIPPING

Orders ship 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed, in addition to chosen shipping method. We estimate you should receive your order within 5-7 business days from its ship date. 

RETURNS

All ALAIHM products are eligible for Exchange or Store Credit only - NO Exceptions.

We do not reimburse for International return/exchange shipping. All International store credit returns are given the full price value of the item minus the shipping cost of the order.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with sanitation sticker and all original tags attached.

We ask that you wear an undergarment when first trying on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

If your package says "DELIVERED" but you did not receive your package, please notify us after 24 hours and within 7 days and contact your local post office or UPS to see if your package is being held. In most cases, the carrier has marked your package delivered too early and it ends up being delivered within 24 hours. If you consider your package lost or stolen, please email us right away. We can provide you with all of the information we have to help you locate your package, including: tracking number, ship date and last known location. 

ALAIHM is NOT responsible for the refund or re-ship of any packages due to the following circumstances: 

- held or returned packages due to incorrect address or undeliverable.

- shipments lost at any point in the parcel process. 

- shipments stolen at any point in the parcel process.
